BB1 is a natural grass 90’ baseball diamond and soccer field at Pine Banks. In the spring and summer, the field is used solely as a baseball diamond. In the fall season, the outfield is converted to a youth soccer field, and that field is designated as “SF3”. This field is equipped with lights and depending on availability, can be rented.

| Baseball Field Rules |
- Field availability is at the discretion of park staff
- Field maintenance of any kind is prohibited
- No soft toss into fencing
- No dogs allowed on the playing surface
- Please keep field and dugout areas clean

| Fee Schedule |
- Base rate - $75/hour
- Discount rate (after 30 hours of reservations) - $37.50/hour
- Lighting - $25/hour
- Tournament rate- $75/hour
